On Sunday Shelly & I went kayaking. This was the first time for both of us and after hearing stories from other people I was a little nervous and not sure what to expect (neither of us fell out, but one guy in our group did). I am happy to say that we both loved it! Your arms do get a workout, but that's a good thing, right?! We went out with Shan-T Native Kayak Tours on an exotic mangrove tour. I would definitely recommend their company, the owner Mark was our guide and he was great. I am definitely looking into more places to go kayaking and want to make it something that I do at least every month or two.
