September 1st was a special day, it was one year to the day that my pregnancy was confirmed via ultrasound. While I had taken several tests at home and had three blood tests, I was anxiously awaiting my first ultrasound. I can not adequately put into words the emotions that I felt when we heard Mia's heartbeat for the first time. It was an amazing day to say the least.
